All of our products are satisfaction guaranteed.  If there is ever a defect in an item you have received we will be more than happy to replace it with the identical item or refund your money(less shipping and handling). 

If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you notifiy us immediately and then return the item in the original condition and packaging it was received in.  Once the item is received, we will issue your refund or send you a replacement.

Safety

Some of the bows come with attachments that may pose a choking hazard.  While we do our best to ensure the attachments are secure, they can come loose.  Please use caution around children.

Care of your Bows

While great care is put into making sure all our bows are heat sealed, secure and made with top quality ribbon, how you care for them at home will help them stay in great condition.  Please hang your bows from a bow holder or just a plain ribbon, this will help keep the ribbon ends from fraying.  If you need to wash your bows, use a damp cloth and water and blot the bows clean.  Putting your bows in water can cause them to lose their shape, bleed and fray.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on your bows due to inproper care.
